Viewing Scheduled Logs

Follow this procedure to view information about scheduled logs.

To view a scheduled log:

• From the Home tab, from the Statistics drop-down menu, select Logs.


The Logs panel displays.


• Select Scheduled Logs.


The Scheduled Logs pane displays, with information about the logs that have been scheduled.



Quota information displays in the upper left corner. Total disk space quota for CSV file storage per account is 2GB.



The system displays the following three tables:

One Time Schedule - Lists all one time only schedules. Existing CSV requests from Generated CSVs up to one month old are migrated to the One Time Schedule table.



Daily Schedule - Lists all daily schedules.



Weekly Schedule - Lists all weekly schedules.


• To expand or collapse each list, clicking the Triangle icon at the top right of each table.

• To display the Create a New Scheduled Log window, click the Green Plus icon at top left.

• Use the following table to review, edit, or delete each type of schedule.

COLUMN	DESCRIPTION
Log Title	Displays the name of the schedule. There are three icons under the name of each schedule. Green/grey checkmark - Indicates that the schedule is enabled. Red - Indicates the schedule is disabled. Click on this icon to enable or disable the schedule. This icon is available for daily and weekly schedules only. Click the second icon to display the Edit Scheduled Log window. Changes to a one time only schedule has no effect if the schedule have already been processed. Click the Red X icon to delete the schedule.
Log Type	Displays the type of log that was scheduled: Allowed Traffic Blocked Traffic Files Type Blocked Malware Blocked Full Audit Quota History Audit Logs Port Monitor
Create Date	Date and time when the schedule was created.
Last Run	The last time the scheduled log was run.
Status	Most recent status of the schedule: Waiting to start - New request waiting to be processed. Processing - CSV generation is in process. Completed - CSV generated. No Data - No log data available for last scheduled run Quota Exceeded - Disk space quota exceed, admin should delete existing CSV files in order for next schedule run to complete.
Generated CSVs	Displays generated CSV files. Each line is make up of CSV file name, date created, size, number of lines and three icons. Click the Green icon to download the file. Click the Link icon to send yourself an email with a link to the CSV file. Click the Red X icon to delete the file.

• Generated CSV files for each schedule are auto purged daily:
  • One time - Files older than 180 days.
  • Daily - Files older than 14 days.
  • Weekly - Files older than 30 days.
