Accessing Configuration Files and User Guides

The Resources tab on the Management Portal provides links to configuration files and Webroot documentation.

To access the resources:

  • Log in to the Management Portal.
  • From the Help drop-down menu, select Documents or Downloads.

    • The Downloads tab displays all the available configuration files.

    The Documents tab displays all related user guides.

  • Click a file name to access the file or to access a user guide.
