Copying Admin Information

You can use Save As or Copy to create a new administrator from an existing definition. Permissions, policies, and group assignments are copied exactly from the source.

Note: To copy an administrator, you must have Add and Edit permissions for Manage Administrator.

To use Save As:

• From the drop-down menu below your email address in the upper right corner of the page, select Administrators.


The Admin panel displays.


• Locate the admin whose information you want to copy, and click Edit in that row.

• Click the Save As button.


The Confirm prompt displays.


• Click the Save As a NEW Administrator button.

• Enter the information for the new administrator in both tabs.
• When you're done, click the Save button.
  The new administrator is added to the list.

To use Copy:

• On the Adminstrators subtab, select Copy

• From the Copy From Administrator drop-down menu, select the source administrator.

• Enter the information for the new administrator in the other fields.
• When you're done, click the Save button.
  The new administrator is added to the list.
