Email Client Settings

This tutorial is for a Google Android device with the K9 Mail app which is downloadable from the Google Play store. Windstream suggests using this mail app due to compatibility issues between our servers and the default Android mail client.

- Settings -

With your email open, click on the physical menu button on the bottom left corner of your device. Choose Settings.

- Account Settings -

Choose Account settings.

- Sending Mail -

Choose Sending mail.

- Outgoing Server -

Scroll to the bottom and select Outgoing server

- Outgoing Server Settings -

Now you are at the Outgoing server settings screen. Here you can make any needed changes to your settings.
